Call 1-800-dev-nuts with credit card in hand, m'boy!  O'Reilly & Assoc.
did this one, another of their excellent Nutshell Handbooks.  It moved
me to ftp perl-3.0.41.tar.Z and perl.424344.tar.Z, and try to compile it!
