I know that I need a PostScript interpreter to interpret the font outlines to produce bitmaps. Does anybody know if it is possible to use the interpreter in the printer to produce the bitmap for a particular letter (or any graphics for that matter) and *upload* back to the computer? Anyone ever hear of such a thing? Thanks for any help! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lee Hetherington MIT Spoken Language Systems Group..........It's not easy to wreck a nice beach! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
