Hello,

	My name is Kevin Marshall and I am a senior at Colorado State Univ.
I am writing this letter in the hopes that I might find someone with some 
knowledge about scoops.  I am going do my senior design project in scoops and 
need some information.  I have written every one I can think of so I hope 
someone here can help me out.

	I need to know where I can find an implementation of scoops that will
run on a DEC 5000, and I also need to know where I can find some documentation
on the language.
