See "Smalltalk application compilers", Proceedings of Tools Pacific,
Sydney, Nov 1990. Paper was by Borek R.B. Vokach-Brodsky and
Mario I. Wolczko. They do not describe commercially available software.
However, they survey the field  and give implementation tips.
