If you're just interested in not displaying these headers when you
use "show", you can set up an mhl format file to do this.  Add the
profile entry:

	showproc: mhl

and copy the standard format file (usually /usr/local/lib/mh/mhl.format)
into your MH directory.  Then make changes to your mhl.format; help
is available through "man mhl".
