Do you know of any network connections in Tashkent, USSR ?
...anything in Uzbekistan at all?

How could someone in Tashkent get a uucp node or fidonet node started?

I have already checked the .sun maps and even received comments from
some Soviet postmasters (eg. Dmitry Volodin, Vadim Antonov.)
