Go to one of the companies that make a living supporting GNU software, and ask them to provide binary-only versions of the pieces you want. Make sure you make it explicit that you're doing this for protection from the GPL, so they can't provide anything that could contaminate your product. That gets you the same thing that you get by buying commercial software. If you want insurance against lawsuits - well, except to pay for it, just like you'd have to if you were asking for it for your commercial software.
