If it is NOT S-100 then it is for a Tandy Model-II... series and is a clock/calendar/ bell board. Give-away would be a flat lithium battery on the board. If it is S-100 then I believe it is probably an IEEE-488 board. Gregg and George tried to make several such boards after they gave up on software. Didn't have much success. They MAY have made a video board, but I don't remember any such.
