I've patched my 1.2 sources to 1.3 and got everything going fine. Now
I'm trying to go from 1.3 to 1.5.10. I'm having problems getting the
library compiled. Could someone please send me the following files:

/usr/include/unistd.h
            /stddef.h
	    /fcntl.h
            /sys/types.h
            /termcap.h

Two of these files (termcap.h and stddef.h) didn't come with the upgrade
kit from plains. (or I killed them somehow) The rest are giving me major
headaches. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
