I have been running Version 3.2 of the WD8003E driver for some time, with the NCSA telnet package, and since acquiring PKTINT I have been using WinQVT/Net [a fairly neat package :-)]. I sometimes would like to run NCSA while in Windows, but I have been unable, since something either gets hosed up or the window hangs. I tried to replace the old driver with the new one, and it didn't seem to find the ethernet card. I gave a message about where the driver was going to load, but it then printed a usage line and exited. The old driver had the same usage line, and I am not providing the last parameter it mentions. In fact, I don't know what that parameter even means or how to determine its value. Here is my current command line: wd8003e 0x60 0x2 0x280 I know I need the -w parameter to work within windows. I am on a Zenith Z300, EGA, 4 megs of memory, and a Western Digital WD8003E ether card. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Either email or post as you see appropriate. Many thanks.
