Message-ID: <1991Feb5.063051.6143@parc.xerox.com> Date: 5 Feb 91 06:30:51 GMT Sender: news@parc.xerox.com Organization: Xerox PARC Lines: 14 I've only been reading this group for a few days, so please excuse my ignorance, but why does an alt group for msdos programmers exist? There is a perfectly good regular newsgroup called comp.os.msdos.programmer, which handles exactly the subject matter as this one. All of you know this, of course, because most of the messages here are cross-posted to comp.(etc.). What does this group do other than clutter up my already too large .newsrc? Just asking. -- John Stidd Xerox stidd@arisia.xerox.com
