I am having trouble installing OS-2 v1.3 on an award bios 486. I am currently 
running DOS. 
It boots the installation  disk prints a message about the US govt
restrictions to copying etc. And then whirrs some more and stops with the
message 

SYS1733: The country information file "a:\country.sys" is incorrect. 
Sytem is halted.....
