This is a call for votes on the proposed newsgroup eunet.parallel. 

To summarise previous messages, the aims of this group are:
	- to provide a place for information which is not currently posted
to worldwide newsgroups, because of its apparent (in the eyes of the
sender) relevance to Europe only. 

The newsgroup should used for messages which would not be posted in
worldwide news groups but are of interest to the European parallel
computing community.
