Can someone help me find a manual for this beast? It self tests fine, so I know it works, but it came with no manual and it has a multitude of DIP-switches (18). Also, I have no idea if it has any special features (underline, etc) or if its just a dumb printer (like dumb terminal). I'll list all the info I can find in case someone has the same printer as this one: TEC (Tokyo Electric Co.) Serial Printer F10-40 UL listed 636A FCC ID: BJ19BU It also has a 44 pin card-edge plug (male end) on the back. It uses Diablo High capacity ribbons (Can't find any number for it) It has 3 LEDs (print on, alert, power) and 4 buttons (stop/continue, lf, page advance, set page). It seems to be a gov't office use printer. If anyone has a manual for a printer like this, can you get in touch with me? Does anyone know what the dip switches do? Thanks very much! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Matt Pratap, Victoria B.C. -=- mpratap@cue.bc.ca * (Insert quote here!) -------------------------------------------------------------------------
