Both seem to be fairly high quality, good performance adapters. To get the performance that EISA promises, the boards MUST be used in the EISA mode though. I don't know prices (I are an engineer ;-) ... From an design standpoint, the Bustek was easier to implement and performs 5-10% better than the Adaptec.
