Sun's PC-NFS development environment has had RCP libraries from the start.
We added them (in source form) to PC/TCP's Dev Kit as of release 2.04, but
there were some problems with large memory model that won't get fixed
until the 2.05 Dev Kit is out (this month, I hope).
