We need to produce 9-track tapes with IBM standard labels
from a UNIX platform.  I've got enough documentation to
write these tools myself, but why re-invent the wheel?

If anyone knows of shell scripts (sh, ksh, awk, etc.) or C code
that exist, I'd appreciate hearing about it (like archives, maybe).
E-mail is preferable since I don't regularly read this newsgroup.
