Does someone out there have some information on creating and using 
program patches?  I see things such as "Index:" and "Prereq:"...
is there a program that ADDS those lines?  I know patch doesn't....
It seems that whenever I go to make a patch, I just am not doing it
right, and would appreciate it if someone would set it straight.
