Yes.  Three RISC iX machines are (or will be soon) available:-

	R140 ARM2 + 4Mbyte + ST506
	R225 ARM3 + 4Mbyte (no drive - discless workstation)
	R260 ARM3 + 8Mbyte + SCSI
