EMail: uunet!zardoz!tmiuv0!rick -or- uunet!zardoz!xyclone!sysop | Well - Thanks to all the responses I've gotten, E-mail and posted. But still no luck. Changing the packet length didn't help. Our terminal server is set to 8bit, no parity, but it doesn't seem to have a setting for # stop-bits. I've yet to try another trick - we have several terminal servers, one of which is duplexed for LAT and TCP. I'm going in via LAT, vis: connect msotel node magpie destination merlin where magpie is an ULTRIX box (DS3100) and Merlin is a SPARCstation. Soon as I get a chance I'll try a more direct TCP line. Here's hoping.... =============================================================================== Markus Buchhorn /// | This space Mt Stromlo and Siding Spring Observatories, Canberra /// | PMB Weston Ck.
