I have been trying to get the UUCP 1.08 off abcfd20 with no success. I have been trying to following: To: serene!ucsd!pucc.princeton.edu!bitftp Subject: FTP mail server file request HELP FTP abcfd20.larc.nasa.gov UUENCODE USER anonymous DIR etc... QUIT UCSD is a well connected internet site, but I might as well be sending this to null: because I have not recieved anything in return, not bounced mail, not a error message from pucc or from abcfd20. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would really like to get this working. I know that there mail servers require that pucc is able to build a return path to my machine, but I have never had any trouble with anyone not being able to reply to my post, if you would like to test it, you could allways hit the 'r' key and maybee mail me UUCP1.08 :-) Thanks for any advice, -Jason- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jason Goldberg UUCP: ucsd!serene!cbmami!jason Del Mar, CA
