I think you mean that 'things' are initially harder to accomplish. That made the game much more enjoyable for me. After a short while, missions are easier on a faster machine. Or was that under 1.3? Under 2.0, after finishing a boming or strafing run, the game goes into slow-motion, including HD accesses. The result is that the game becomes unplayable. Both the data & the instruction caches had to be disabled to prevent this behavior. Kent Polk
