After some testing, I seem to have the following effects: - when using 38400 Bd between my 1.3 1000 and 2.0 3000, I have absolutely no problems when sending and receiving data on either side - using my HST Modem hooked to my 1000, I can not use 38400 due to errors in transmission (V42bis/MNP protected data transmission, so there shouldn't be any errors) So: is there a percentage by which the baud rate (when opening the port) has to be corrected in order to get the right rate ? -- Garry Glendown Adonis (+49)6042-1865 ..!cbmger!inside!garry
