Hello,
       I have a very early B2000 (it originally had the lost first char
problem before I had the mod performed.)  Anyway, I have two problems:

1.  I have a few sticky keys (due to spilled drink - yes, I know that
was stupid!)  How do I get the keycaps off to clean the contacts?

2.  The keypad occasionally loses the first character hit in a sequence
(especially when it is a 1.)  Is there a fix for this?
