Hi,
I have two Seagate hard disks, an ST225 and an ST125.
The formatter program asks me for things like Interleave and Steprate 
code.
I know what Interleave is but can someone out there please tell me 
what Step Rate is and if there are recommended 'best' combinations of 
Step Rate & Interleave for the two disks.
