Ask to speak to the owner if they refuse to sell you Mac roms. Many owners will sell the roms to you even though Apple asks them not to. This is especially true for smaller businesses. In other words, they will sell you the roms as long as they can keep Apple from finding out, so don't give up. Another company is expecting to clone the mac roms for an IBM mac emulator.
