It had the same basic problem, though it's easier to solve on the A3000 (due to a softloaded OS), and it only had the reselection problem I believe, not the interrupt latency problem. I'm not certain whether the last released version (2.02) had the fix or not, but the current version certainly does. If 2.02 doesn't support reselection, selection on the internal drive should be off already.
