	I was looking through my ORCA/C manual and saw that it said there
were special commands to print at special portions of the screen. (printf()
control chars I think.)  It said that these commands would be listed in
Appendix D.  I didn't THINK I saw something like that in the appendices,
so I checked.  There is no Appendix D!
	Does anyone have the control characters that were SUPPOSED to
go in Appendix D?
