No offense, I've just had a lot of bad experiences with dealers. Well, anyway, like I said you dealer is right, as there is no Word Processor that creates postscript files on the GS. The good news is that the System Software creates the postscript files. That means any word processor that prints files using the operating systems calls (ie. the printer settings in the control panel NDA) can create postscript files.
