After setting the TERM to vt52 you will still get a message that
states that it can't open some temp file. If you press <return> you
get your file anyway. This only happens to me if I run ELVIS from
GEM. In GULAM (alias vi=elvis) the program starts right up.
By the way how do you turn on line numbers in ELVIS. The VI command
[:set num] does not work.
