The window manager is NOT started from the /etc/ttys, but
it is started by the session manager (dxsession), so you
must have the following in your $HOME/.Xdefaults to start
MWM and not the default dxwm.

sm.windowManagerName:	/usr/bin/X11/mwm
(if the path for mwm is /usr/bin/X11)
