Symptom is "Parity error segment doesn't found", "Press any key to continue" when using Win3 SMARTDRV.SYS cache. After disabling SMARTDRV, this message doesn't occur but I haven't multitasked a lot of tasks yet so assume bad chip is in upper end of the 4Meg add-in board. Please post; e-mail don't seem to get to me yet. Thanks in advance. -- <> Bob `Bear' Geer <> bgeer@javelin.sim.es.com <> <> Alta-holic <> speaking only for myself, one of my many tricks <> <> Salt Lake City, <> "We must strive to be more than we are, Lal." <> <> Ootah <> -- Cmdr.
