I just bought a new superVGA(512K) card and monitor. The problem this new VGA user is having is that I do not know how to make this card operate in the superVGA mode. It came with some drivers that work with the programs that it supports. However, I am conserned about the ones it does not support. The vidio chip is a ACER M3125 and the back of the pc card has Everdata OL6411. The name of the card (Printed manual) is Enhancements Model: VGA-2280A. Does anyone know this card? Does it emulate any other more popular cards? I am not able to get the VPIC's program I just aquired to configure for the card. Lastly - If I should trade this one in for a different brand - what brand seems to fit the mid range budget, and be supported by the major software programs. Thank you in advance.
