Try this: pipeln10.zip - TSR connects COM1 and COM2 serial ports
It's in wuarchive.wustl.edu in /mirrors/msdos/modem/. There may be
other utilities for the same purpose, but this could help you. If this
is the same version I evaluated it has quite a poor documentation.
