Of cource you can write Arabic and Hebrew document. Additionaly you can mix up all script. I use AllScript on my Macintosh. I can write Japanese kanji, English, German, French, Hebrew and Arabic in the same line. Mixed up. Of cource Japanese, English, German and French are LTR(Left-to-Right). Arabic and Hebrew are RTL. AllScript is now commercially avairable in the market. There is the distributer in US. (Sorry, but I have no information.) I got AllScript in Japanese market.
