So, if anyone is feeling benevolent I would appreciate pointers to cheap (or public domain) MIDI stuff, if any. FTP sites would be good! I guess it would also be a good idea to solicit advice on throwing together a cheap MIDI system (Mac-wise). This is for a non-computer type who just wants to play around with electronic music.
