If during a game of Spaceward Ho! you hoard a lot of metal and then later start spending that money on a highly miniaturized ship (one which needs very little metal) such that the ratio of stored metal to ship metal cost is big enough, your metal will go to zero the next turn and then your money will go very negative- which will cause most/all of your planets to die. This has been fixed in 1.1, which became available this morning. All registered 1.0-1.03 users will receive a free update sometime in the next two weeks. -- Peter Commons commons@cs.stanford.edu Computer Science Department, Stanford University
