What are the best 8-bit and 24-bit monitors out there? ... both in terms of
quality and price.  How much do they sell for?  I am particularly
interested in a medium sized 8-bit card/monitor combo.

Oh... and, assuming I don't get a color monitor, what are some good gray-scale
monitors?  How much?  ... the usual questions.

BTW, this is for a member of the Mac II family.
