My DirectDrive 70 konked out last September. I called Jasmine and they agreed to repair the drive under warranty. I would get the drive back in 30 to 60 days, tops. So, the drive went UPS to CA, and I have not gotten it back yet. I called every month and did speak to a human, but always got an answer that it would be shipped the end of the month. I am not sure if I will ever get my drive back. So, I bought another drive, a Microtech N100, and wish to report that the Microtech is a terrific unit. I am quite happy with it.
