While replacing the battery in her Mac Plus, my friend managed to break 
off one of the metal fingers on the battery holder.  She is wondering
if this is a repair that she, a mechanically inclined person, can do
herself, or if it requires professional intervention.  She's also 
interested in a recommended repair shop in the Miami Florida area.  Please
reply to me and I will collect and snailmail the information to her.
