We have drastic voltage fluctuations in our old house and as a result, at times the monitor (a HiRes RGB Apple monitor) does not produce a steady image. This does not occur at the office where I know the voltage is fine. Does anyone have a reccommendation on whether a line conditioner is sufficient, or a UPS is necessary. Brand recommendations would be helpful too. thanks in advance, Rick email: murnane@splash.princeton.edu
