	I am working on a project that uses encryption and I need a
real random number. Rather than buy hardware for hundreds of
Macintoshes, I would like to ask the user for a password, and measure
the time to respond to the prompt. This time interval would be used as
a seed for the random number generator. Does anyone have any code to
do this?  (Think C preferred).

I could use the time-of-day clock to get a seed, but this isn't as secure.
