I need help on creating an init that will display a window with either TE or di
splaying a pict when a command-key is pressed. So if someone presses COmmand-U,
 I want a window to be displayed in whatever program is running. Sorta like the
Flash It II cdev. Is it possible? I am still a novice programmer so any help wo
uld be appreciated. I am also looking for the Spec's of a MacPaint and MacWrite
 file. Thanks...
