Message-ID: <15748@milton.u.washington.edu> Date: 4 Feb 91 10:06:53 GMT Sender: news@milton.u.washington.edu Reply-To: dragonvi@hardy.u.washington.edu (Scott Degnan) Distribution: usa Organization: University of Washington, Seattle Lines: 16 I've tried a couple of times to download 6.0.7 system software from apple.com (I know, I know, but I HATE my apple dealer) and I would download diskcopy 4.1 with it. The program crashes regularly, with much flourish. It also refuses to recognize my HD, which has the 5 or so 860K disk images I want to load. This is my system configuration: MacPlus, int/ext 800K, ext CMS 30MB with SilverLining driver, 4MB 100ns RAM (Eugh). Am I missing something? Is this program supposed to work? Is there a work- around if this is a common problem? Scott Degnan is dragonvi@{milton,byron,hardy,blake,
