Could some kind soul please forward a copy of the Memory Manager Fix INIT
to me? I haven't seen it on any of the commercial services, and Apple
has yet to see fit to give us developer status (despite shipping a product
for a year and having $2 million in sales), so I can't get it from AppleLink.
I have no FTP access either...
