I'd like to add my voice to the chorus who'd like more flexibility
in this "Public Window Server" and "Public Sound Server" uh, stuff.

Unix devices with standard permissions and chowned to the console user
would do just fine.

And one for the pasteboard, while you're at it (at ignoring me, that is).
