I have written another version of Ping, an application based on
Steve Hayman's ping script posted a week ago.  This one adds a
button to stop the pinging, a help panel, and a panel from which
you can choose the host to ping from a list of local hosts.
This last feature is implemented via the NetInfo Kit DomainPanel.

This is version 2.0 and it is a 2.0 application.

The source is available by anonymous ftp from: nic.gac.edu
in the directory: pub/next/apps

Somebody mentioned that they "heard" that cs.orst.edu is having
disk space trouble (I don't know if that was on this list, as I
don't have time to read all the messages here), so I'm not going
to submit it there, at least for the time being.
