The situation is: Host machine name `bode' has one filesystem mounted on `/users' and another mounted on `/users/eng'. Here's how I set up my NetInfo fstab database: % nidump fstab . bode:/usr /Net nfs rw,net 0 0 bode:/users /Net nfs rw,net 0 0 bode:/users/eng /Net nfs rw,net 0 0 With things like this I can access everything on `bode's `/user' filesystem by referring to (for example): /Net/bode/users/grad/eric/foo.ps But `/Net/bode/users/eng' appears to be empty. Can autonfsmount handle this sort of situation? If so, what am I doing wrong? -- Eric Norum Dept. of Electrical Engineering eric@ee.ualberta.ca University of Alberta Edmonton, Canada. phone: (403) 492-4626
