I have a copy of the monitor and the source code on willow.cs.wwu.edu
(140.160.140.153) available for anonymous ftp.  It is the file
"pub/pc532/db.tar.Z".  This is the August 1990 version that can run
without a FPU given the correct setting of the configuration register.
