i got this message on a GT: 

WARNING: Process showcase (16519) killed due to bad page read (errno:5)

i've never seen this before.  could it in any way be the fault of the
process?  (i doubt it.)  does it mean my disk is going south?  (i hope not.)
is it a kernel/VM bug?  (irix?  no way.  must be a system V vestige.)

is there anything i can do to capture the circumstances of the error for 
the kernel gurus at sgi?
